Hi, I’m Gabby Grubb.

I like to describe myself as a Type-A Creative — equal parts organized planner and design-focused visionary. I thrive on timelines, checklists, spreadsheets, and logistics just as much as I love styling details, creating cohesive designs, and making events feel beautiful and personal.

My background began in corporate event planning, where I have spent the last three years coordinating events, managing moving pieces, and ensuring every detail was executed smoothly. That experience has strengthened my organization skills, attention to detail, and ability to stay calm under pressure.

But my love for event planning became personal when I planned my own wedding! I absolutely fell in love with the process, the design decisions, the organization, the creativity, and the excitement of bringing a vision to life. Since then, I’ve coordinated weddings for friends and continued building experience in client-focused event planning.

I’m the girl with the color-coded spreadsheets, the perfectly organized checklist, and the eye for details most people would overlook. I genuinely enjoy creating systems, solving problems, managing budgets, and making things feel polished from beginning to end.

Most importantly, I care deeply about the client experience. I want every client to feel comfortable, supported, and confident throughout the planning process. Whether you’re planning a large wedding or an intimate celebration, my goal is to create an experience that feels stress-free, thoughtful, and true to you.
